F.A.Q.

As early as you know the date, time and location. We prefer to know all the details of your trip as soon as possible, so we can plan in advance. The minimum time we require is 24 hours, however sometimes we may be able to provide transport service just with few hours notice. Please use contact form.

We take cards payments on the day, however for pick up from airports and outside of our area we need to charge deposit of 50% via payment link provided. This deposit is not refundable if trip is cancelled less than 3 hours before pick up time or passenger does not update us about significant delay occured.

We operate strictly on fixed price policy. All our fares are agreed in advance, however if there are any additional costs occuring, like extended parking fees, motorway / bridge tolls (if diverted from original route) or any additional waiting time required, we may add them to the price.

We have a range of benefits for our regular clients. They include easy booking system, once a month invoice with all trips detailed, modified cancelation policy, regular driver assigned to the customer and many more.
